🧭 Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the bar team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Create and maintain high‑quality cocktails, beverages, and bar presentations.
• Oversee inventory, stock control, and ordering of bar supplies.
• Train bartenders and barbacks on recipes, techniques, and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.

🎓 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Bartender or Senior Bartender in a premium venue.
• Strong mixology skills with knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and guest‑engagement abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high service standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
