Creekside Hotel Dubai is seeking a warm, professional Guest Relations Executive to be the face of our front office and elevate every guest interaction. This role suits a polished hospitality professional who excels at anticipating needs, resolving concerns with empathy, and creating personalized experiences that turn first-time visitors into loyal guests. You will coordinate arrivals and departures, manage VIP services, and work closely with operations to ensure seamless stays. Strong communication, cultural sensitivity, and a calm, solution-focused approach are essential.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Guest Reception and Welcome: Greet guests on arrival, manage priority check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a smooth, efficient front-desk experience.
  • Guest Assistance: Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concierge services with professionalism and a guest-first attitude.
  • Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve guest complaints promptly, escalating when necessary and ensuring follow-up to guarantee satisfaction.
  • VIP and Loyalty Services: Coordinate VIP arrivals, amenities, and loyalty program benefits; maintain discretion and attention to detail for high-profile guests.
  • Coordination: Liaise with housekeeping, F&B, engineering, and security to fulfill guest requests and ensure operational alignment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, and incident logs in the PMS; prepare daily front-office reports.
  • Upselling and Guest Engagement: Promote hotel services and experiences to enhance guest stays and contribute to revenue goals.
  • Shift Duties: Participate in rostered shifts, handovers, and on-call rotations as required.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in front office, guest relations, or concierge roles within a hotel environment.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Education: Diploma or certificate in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Language: Fluent English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • Attributes: Professional appearance, high emotional intelligence, cultural sensitivity, and a proactive service mindset.
  • Technical: Comfortable using Property Management Systems (PMS), MS Office, and CRM tools.
  • Availability: Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
