F&B Service Attendant – Western Hotel Ghayathi

Western Hotel Ghayathi is looking for an enthusiastic and service‑oriented F&B Service Attendant to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring guests receive warm, attentive, and professional service throughout their visit. As an F&B Service Attendant, you will support the smooth operation of the restaurant, lounge, and in‑room dining services while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys interacting with guests, understands the importance of hospitality, and takes pride in creating memorable dining moments. You will work closely with the service team to set up dining areas, serve food and beverages, handle guest requests, and ensure all service procedures are followed consistently. Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables
• Present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages
• Ensure tables are properly set, cleaned, and reset for the next guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and service stations
• Assist in buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times
• Support the F&B team during busy operations and special events
• Process bills and payments as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in F&B service is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Basic English communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is a plus
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
