Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Culinary operations and keep them aligned with hotel standards.
• Work with department heads to set service goals, staffing levels and operating budgets.
• Review daily performance reports, guest scores and quality audits and drive corrective action.
• Coach and mentor department managers and supervisors to build a strong succession pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and licensing requirements throughout the property.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in a senior operations role, such as Rooms Division Manager, F&B Director or Assistant Director of Operations, in a 4-5 star hotel
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related discipline (preferred)
• Solid knowledge of both rooms and food & beverage operations
• Strong analytical, budgeting and problem-solving skills
• Confident leader with excellent communication skills
• UAE hotel experience is an advantage
