INJA Restaurant, part of Atelier House Hospitality, is looking for a motivated and disciplined Commis 3 to join our culinary team in New Delhi. INJA is known for its innovative approach to cuisine, high standards of execution, and commitment to delivering memorable dining experiences. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about learning, eager to grow in a professional kitchen, and ready to contribute to a fast‑paced, quality‑driven environment. This role is ideal for someone at the early stages of their culinary career who wants to develop strong foundational skills while working alongside experienced chefs in a supportive and structured setting.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in basic food preparation and cooking tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of workstations
  • Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in assigned tasks
  • Handle mise en place and ingredient preparation
  • Uphold kitchen discipline and teamwork

Job Requirements

  • Basic culinary skills with a strong willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen
  • Good understanding of hygiene and food safety practices
  • Strong discipline, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Relevant experience in a professional kitchen is required
  • Local candidates based in New Delhi only
