INJA Restaurant, part of Atelier House Hospitality, is seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our culinary team in New Delhi. INJA is known for its innovative approach to cuisine, disciplined kitchen culture, and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. We are looking for a CDP who can confidently manage a kitchen section, maintain consistency under pressure, and contribute to a high‑performance environment. This role is ideal for a culinary professional who brings technical expertise, strong organizational skills, and a passion for excellence. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and operate an assigned kitchen section independently
  • Prepare dishes with precision, consistency, and speed
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and workstation organization
  • Support menu execution and daily mise en place
  • Train, guide, and supervise junior team members
  • Coordinate with senior chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Uphold kitchen discipline and contribute to a positive team environment

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen
  • Strong technical skills and understanding of cuisine
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Local candidates based in New Delhi only
  • Relevant professional kitchen experience required
