Job Opportunity: Commis 2 – Brass Monkey, Dubai

Brass Monkey Dubai is hiring an enthusiastic Commis 2 to support our culinary operations. This role is perfect for someone starting their culinary journey and eager to learn from a talented team. You’ll assist with prep, maintain kitchen hygiene, and help ensure smooth service. If you’re passionate, hardworking, and ready to grow, we want to hear from you.

👨‍🍳 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with basic food preparation and mise en place
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen
  • Support senior chefs during prep and service
  • Follow safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients

🎯 Requirements

  • 6 months–1 year of experience in a kitchen environment
  • Basic understanding of food handling and preparation
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Strong work ethic and teamwork skills
  • Must be in the UAE and available to join soon
