As a Commis 1, you will support your section chef, handle daily prep, and contribute to delivering consistent, high‑quality dishes. Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking according to recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation
• Support the CDP and DCDP during prep and service
• Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients
• Follow hygiene and HACCP guidelines at all times

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as Commis 1 or strong Commis 2 ready for promotion
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
• Ability to work in a high‑volume environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Must be in the UAE and ready to join soon
