Kapitol Social Dubai, an exciting new social gaming and lifestyle entertainment venue under Sunset Hospitality Group, is seeking passionate and hardworking Commis Chefs (1, 2 & 3) to join its pre‑opening culinary team. As part of our kitchen brigade, you will support senior chefs in preparing high‑quality dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Whether you are an experienced Commis 1 or just beginning your culinary journey as Commis 3, this role offers a dynamic environment where you can learn, grow, and refine your skills. You will work across various stations, assist with food preparation, and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. 🧭 Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of senior chefs.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across all kitchen areas.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards consistently.
• Support different kitchen stations as required during service.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients according to HACCP guidelines.

🎓 Requirements

Commis 1:

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a premium hospitality venue.
• Strong basic culinary skills and understanding of kitchen operations.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.

Commis 2:

• 6 months–1 year of experience in a professional kitchen.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs.

Commis 3:

• Entry‑level position; prior kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Passion for cooking and eagerness to grow in the culinary field.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

General Requirements (All Levels):

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
