INJA Restaurant, part of Atelier House Hospitality, is seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our culinary team in New Delhi. We are looking for a CDP who can confidently manage a kitchen section, maintain consistency under pressure, and contribute to a high‑performance environment. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and operate an assigned kitchen section independently
  • Prepare dishes with precision, consistency, and speed
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and workstation organization
  • Support menu execution and daily mise en place
  • Train, guide, and supervise junior team members
  • Coordinate with senior chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Uphold kitchen discipline and contribute to a positive team environment

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen
  • Strong technical skills and understanding of cuisine
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Local candidates based in New Delhi only
  • Relevant professional kitchen experience required
