Kapitol Social Dubai, an exciting new social gaming and lifestyle entertainment venue under Sunset Hospitality Group, is seeking a skilled and passionate Chef De Partie to join its pre‑opening culinary team. As a CDP, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation. You will work closely with senior chefs, support menu development, and maintain strict hygiene and safety practices. This role is ideal for a dedicated culinary professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments and is eager to contribute to a vibrant, innovative concept. 🧭 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present dishes according to recipes, standards, and section requirements.
  • Manage your assigned kitchen station efficiently during service.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene across all food preparation areas.
  • Assist senior chefs with menu development, prep work, and training junior staff.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, storage, and HACCP guidelines.

🎓 Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Chef De Partie in a premium hospitality venue.
  • Strong culinary skills with knowledge of international cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining consistency and quality.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Professional grooming, positive attitude, and passion for culinary excellence.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
