🧭 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and beverages to Tattu’s premium standards
  • Maintain bar mise en place, stock levels, and cleanliness at all times
  • Engage guests with product knowledge, recommendations, and warm hospitality
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations
  • Collaborate with the bar and service teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Contribute to menu development and seasonal beverage innovations
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively
