Duties & Responsibilities
Bakery Staff
- Assist with daily bakery production, display and restocking of fresh products
- Package, label and price baked goods accurately for sale
- Keep the bakery area, tools and equipment clean and hygienic
- Serve customers at the bakery counter and answer product questions
- Support bakers and the wider team with tasks as assigned
Baker & Pastry
- Prepare breads, pastries, cakes and other baked items to the daily production plan
- Follow recipes, portion sizes and quality standards consistently
- Operate and maintain ovens, mixers and other bakery equipment safely
- Monitor ingredient stock and report shortages to the supervisor
- Comply with food safety, hygiene and labelling regulations
Cook
- Prepare and cook meals according to the menu, recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organised kitchen that meets food safety rules
- Check ingredient quality, manage stock and minimise wastage
- Coordinate with the service team so orders are served on time
- Store food correctly and follow hygiene procedures at all times
Waitress
- Greet customers warmly and show them to their tables
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
- Keep tables, the dining area and service stations clean and well stocked
- Answer menu questions and handle customer requests and feedback politely
- Process bills and payments correctly and support the kitchen team
Cashiers
- Operate the point-of-sale system and process cash and card payments accurately
- Scan, check and bag items efficiently
- Handle refunds, exchanges and customer queries politely
- Keep the checkout area clean and organised
- Balance and report the till at the end of each shift
Requirements
Bakery Staff
- Experience in a bakery, supermarket or food production setting preferred
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safe handling
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
Baker & Pastry
- Proven experience as a baker or pastry cook
- Knowledge of bread, pastry and cake production
- Familiarity with bakery equipment and food safety standards
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

Cook
- Previous cooking experience in a restaurant, café or similar kitchen
- Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene
- Ability to work shifts in a fast-paced environment

Waitress
- Experience in a restaurant, café or customer service role preferred
- Good communication skills; English required, Arabic is a plus
