Bartender

Infini Concepts is looking for an energetic, skilled, and guest‑focused Bartender to join our vibrant Italian dining concept in Dubai. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in shaping the guest experience by preparing high‑quality beverages, maintaining a lively bar atmosphere, and delivering warm, engaging service. You’ll work closely with the Mixologist and bar team to ensure consistency, speed, and creativity in every drink served. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys interacting with guests, and takes pride in craftsmanship and presentation. You will be responsible for maintaining bar cleanliness, stock levels, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to brand standards.
• Maintain bar setup, stock rotation, and daily mise‑en‑place.
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to all guests.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety compliance at all times.
• Support the Mixologist in implementing new recipes and seasonal menus.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a licensed restaurant, lounge, or bar.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and beverage preparation.
• Excellent communication and guest‑engagement skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Must be currently based in Dubai.
• Positive attitude, professional grooming, and passion for hospitality.
