As part of our exclusive pre‑opening team, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Barber who will deliver exceptional grooming services to our distinguished guests.
This role requires a professional who understands the art of grooming, values precision, and takes pride in creating a polished, personalized experience. You will be responsible for offering high‑quality haircuts, beard styling, and grooming rituals that align with Sacra’s elevated standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide professional grooming services including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and styling
• Maintain impeccable hygiene and sanitation standards for tools, equipment, and workstations
• Offer personalized grooming consultations and product recommendations
• Ensure guest comfort, satisfaction, and a premium grooming experience
• Collaborate with spa and wellness teams to support seamless guest service

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Barber in luxury spas, grooming lounges, private clubs, or premium hospitality environments
• Strong technical skills in cutting, shaving, beard styling, and modern grooming techniques
• Excellent English communication; Russian-speaking candidates will have an advantage
• Professional grooming, presentation, and guest‑service etiquette
• Ability to maintain a calm, polished, and professional demeanor
• Pre‑opening experience is an advantage
