📝 Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
• Supervise front‑of‑house staff and ensure service excellence
• Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance monitoring
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the restaurant
• Assist with inventory control, ordering, and stock management
• Prepare shift schedules and ensure proper staffing levels
• Coordinate communication between kitchen and service teams
• Support implementation of operational policies and procedures
• Contribute to sales growth through upselling and guest engagement initiatives

✅ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage teams in a fast‑paced environment
• Good understanding of restaurant operations and service standards
• Problem‑solving mindset with strong attention to detail
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
