Assistant Manager – Night Club (Female Preferred)

Crowne Plaza Dubai Deira is seeking a dynamic, confident, and service‑driven Assistant Manager (Night Club) to support the operations of our vibrant nightlife venue. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for guest experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee nightly operations of the nightclub to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the service team to maintain high performance and service standards
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, grooming standards, and performance monitoring
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational policies
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and VIP requests with professionalism
  • Monitor crowd control, security coordination, and overall venue atmosphere
  • Support inventory management, stock control, and ordering of supplies
  • Assist in planning promotions, themed nights, and special events
  • Work closely with the Bar Manager, DJ, and entertainment teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare daily reports, revenue summaries, and operational updates for management

Requirements

  • Previous experience in nightlife, club management, or F&B leadership roles
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team‑management skills
  • Excellent customer service and conflict‑resolution abilities
  • Ability to work late‑night shifts and thrive in a high‑energy environment
  • Knowledge of Dubai nightlife standards, guest expectations, and operational requirements
  • Female candidates are preferred for this role
  • Professional appearance, confident personality, and strong interpersonal skills
