Meals On Me is hiring an Events Supervisor to lead on-site event operations, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and deliver memorable experiences across private and corporate events in Dubai. This role suits an organized, service-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced hospitality settings and enjoys turning plans into flawless events.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute events from pre-event briefings through post-event wrap-up.
- Coordinate with clients to confirm requirements, timelines, and special requests.
- Lead on-site teams including servers, hosts, and setup crews to ensure smooth delivery.
- Manage logistics such as seating plans, AV setup, vendor coordination, and timing.
- Oversee guest experience and handle on-the-spot issues or complaints professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements.
- Maintain event documentation including checklists, incident reports, and client feedback.
- Support sales and operations by providing accurate event costings and post-event evaluations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in events supervision, banqueting, or hospitality operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple events and teams under pressure.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with event logistics, AV basics, and vendor management.
- Valid UAE work authorization and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
