🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Beverage Preparation & Service
- Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor inventory and assist with stock replenishment
- Engage guests with product knowledge and friendly conversation
- Guest Interaction
- Welcome guests warmly and create a positive, energetic atmosphere
- Take accurate drink orders and deliver service with precision
- Provide recommendations and upsell beverages when appropriate
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all safety and licensing regulations
- Follow health and hygiene standards in beverage handling
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
✅ Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume setting
- Exceptional mixology skills and product knowledge
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- A passion for hospitality and customer service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
