👤 Position: Head Waitress

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Professional appearance and confident demeanor
• Familiarity with POS systems and reservation platforms

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise waitstaff during service
• Manage table assignments and guest flow
• Train new staff and uphold service standards
• Handle guest feedback and ensure satisfaction
• Support management in executing events and promotions

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a restaurant or café setting
• Friendly, attentive, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Team player with strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and present menus
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Serve dishes and drinks promptly and professionally
• Ensure tables are clean and well-prepared
• Handle payments and assist with closing duties
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming dining area
