Job Summary

Hideout Al Barari is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Waitress to lead our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will bring confidence, charm, and leadership to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable dining experience in our art-inspired venue.

✅ Position Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within premium hospitality
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Familiarity with POS systems and reservation platforms

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations and staff performance
• Manage table assignments, guest flow, and reservation logistics
• Train and mentor new team members to uphold service standards
• Ensure smooth coordination between service and kitchen teams
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care
• Support management in executing promotions and special events
