Tattu Restaurants is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to support our pre-opening team, ensuring seamless bar operations and an exceptional guest experience.

Role Overview

As the Assistant Bar Manager, you will work closely with the Beverage Manager to oversee daily bar operations, cocktail innovation, and service excellence. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals with a strong background in bar management, mixology, and luxury F&B operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in pre-opening preparations, ensuring bar setup and operational readiness.
  • Oversee daily bar operations, maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor bartenders and barbacks, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Support the Beverage Manager in menu development, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Drive guest engagement, service innovation, and brand consistency.
  • Monitor trends in mixology and beverage presentation, keeping Tattu at the forefront of luxury dining.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in bar management within luxury dining, fine dining, or high-end hospitality.
  • Strong mixology expertise, bar operations management, and team leadership skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic beverage initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of UAE hospitality regulations and industry trends.
  • Passion for creating unforgettable beverage experiences.
