Role Overview

As the Assistant Reservation Manager, you will work closely with the Reservation Manager to oversee guest bookings, reservation systems, and front desk operations. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals with a strong background in reservation management, guest relations, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in pre-opening preparations, ensuring reservation systems are fully operational.
• Oversee daily reservation operations, managing guest inquiries and bookings efficiently.
• Support the Reservation Manager in optimizing table allocations and guest flow.
• Train and mentor front-of-house staff, ensuring high standards of hospitality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle VIP bookings and special event reservations with professionalism.
• Monitor guest feedback, implementing improvements to enhance service quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in reservation management within luxury dining, fine dining, or high-end hospitality.
• Strong guest service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in reservation software and front desk operations.
• Ability to create memorable guest experiences in a premium setting.
• Knowledge of UAE hospitality regulations and industry trends.
• Passion for hospitality, guest service, and teamwork.
