Role Overview

As the Head Waiter, you will play a key role in delivering world-class service, overseeing guest interactions, table management, and team coordination. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals with a strong background in fine dining, leadership, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor waitstaff, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
• Oversee table management, reservations, and guest interactions to create a seamless dining experience.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in training, performance evaluations, and career development initiatives.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain inventory of dining essentials, ensuring readiness for service.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Head Waiter or senior front-of-house role in luxury dining or fine dining.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create memorable guest experiences in a premium setting.
• Knowledge of UAE hospitality regulations and industry trends.
• Passion for hospitality, guest service, and teamwork.
