Role Overview

As the Assistant General Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, team leadership, and guest satisfaction. This role is ideal for experienced hospitality professionals who thrive in high-end, fast-paced environments and have a passion for delivering world-class service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in pre-opening preparations, ensuring operational readiness and team alignment.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor front-of-house and back-of-house teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager on budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
  • Drive guest engagement, service innovation, and brand consistency.
  • Manage staff training, performance evaluations, and career development initiatives.
  • Work closely with marketing and events teams to enhance brand visibility and guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a leadership role within luxury dining, fine dining, or high-end hospitality.
  • Strong operational management, team leadership, and guest service expertise.
  • Ability to develop strategic initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of UAE hospitality regulations and industry trends.
  • Passion for creating unforgettable dining experiences.
