We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Caddies to join our team at BrewDog Dubai. This role is integral to delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring efficient service, and upholding the BrewDog brand standards.​

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Assistance: Provide assistance to guests by carrying their drinks and food orders to their tables, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

  • Service Support: Assist waitstaff and bartenders in maintaining the flow of service, ensuring guests’ needs are met promptly.​

  • Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations, assisting in setting up and clearing tables as needed.​

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service.​

  • Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with any inquiries or requests they may have.​

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred but not required.​

  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.​

  • Knowledge: Understanding of food and beverage offerings is advantageous.​

  • Language: Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.​

  • Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.​
