We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to join our team at BrewDog Dubai. This role is integral to delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring efficient service, and upholding the BrewDog brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Service: Greet and escort customers to their tables, present menus, and provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and potential allergens.​

  • Order Management: Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems, order slips, or memorization; communicate order details to kitchen staff.​

  • Service Excellence: Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality and presentation meet BrewDog standards.​

  • Billing & Payments: Deliver checks, process payments, and handle cash transactions following company policies.​

  • Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service equipment; assist in setting up and clearing tables.​

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service.​

  • Upselling: Promote additional menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.​

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment is preferred.

  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.​

  • Knowledge: Understanding of food and beverage offerings, including craft beers; familiarity with POS systems.​

  • Language: Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.​

  • Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.​
