We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bartender to join our team at BrewDog Dubai. This role is integral to delivering exceptional guest experiences, crafting innovative beverages, and upholding the BrewDog brand standards.​

Key Responsibilities

  • Drink Preparation: Craft and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including BrewDog’s signature craft beers, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation.​

  • Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders, providing recommendations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.​

  • Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of trash.​

  • Inventory Management: Monitor and restock bar supplies as needed, ensuring adequate levels of ingredients and supplies.​

  • Compliance: Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling and storage of alcohol and glassware.​

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a bartender or mixologist in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment.

  • Skills: Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, and mixology techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.​

  • Knowledge: Understanding of craft beer and passion for the BrewDog brand is advantageous.​

  • Language: Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.​

  • Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.​
