Visual Commercial at Zara Overview:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Visual Commercial to join our ZARA team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, understands visual merchandising principles, and knows how to translate trends into compelling in-store experiences that drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement ZARA’s global visual standards in-store

  • Style mannequins and windows to reflect current collections and trends

  • Create visually engaging product presentations that enhance the customer journey

  • Monitor stock levels to ensure proper merchandising and product flow

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and sales team on commercial strategies

  • Analyze store performance and adapt visuals to maximize sales

  • Provide ongoing training to staff on visual merchandising standards

  • Maintain high store aesthetics in line with brand identity

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in fashion retail

  • Strong sense of style, color, and fashion trends

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Creative thinker with commercial awareness

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

  • Must be currently residing in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
