As a Waitress/Waiter, you will provide attentive, knowledgeable, and gracious service in a fast-paced, high-end environment. You’ll be part of the guest’s full journey—from welcoming to farewell—delivering both memorable experiences and efficient service with flair.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests, present menus, and offer detailed knowledge of food and beverage items.

  • Take accurate orders and serve food and drinks with style, professionalism, and attention to detail.

  • Maintain awareness of guest preferences, allergies, and special requests.

  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely and correct service.

  • Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the dining area at all times.

  • Process payments accurately and handle POS transactions.

  • Stay informed of promotions, signature dishes, and entertainment schedules in the venue.

✅ Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience in a high-end restaurant, bar, lounge, or hotel.

  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Presentable, punctual, and team-oriented.

  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with luxury service standards and guest engagement techniques.
