Reception supervisor - District 8Position Overview:
We are looking for a Reception Supervisor who will lead and support the front-of-house reception team across all District 8 venues. The ideal candidate will be passionate about guest service, polished in presentation, and skilled in managing a high-performance team in a fast-paced luxury environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and schedule the reception team across Blume, Rodina, and Luxuria.

  • Ensure a warm, professional, and personalized welcome for all guests.

  • Maintain daily guest logs, booking records, and special requests.

  • Coordinate closely with Reservations, Security, and Operations teams to ensure smooth guest flow.

  • Train, coach, and evaluate reception staff to maintain service excellence.

  • Handle VIP guest arrangements, complaint resolution, and feedback follow-up.

  • Ensure reception areas are impeccably maintained at all times.

  • Manage opening and closing procedures for reception desks.

✅ Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a senior receptionist or supervisor in a high-end restaurant, nightclub, or hotel.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of reservation systems (e.g. SevenRooms, Resy, OpenTable).

  • Fluency in English (additional languages a plus, especially Russian, Arabic or French).

  • Excellent grooming and presentation.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

  • A proactive, guest-centric approach with strong attention to detail.
