Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Interaction: Greet and seat guests promptly, presenting menus and providing information about daily specials.​

  • Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar, and ensure timely delivery.​

  • Customer Service: Anticipate and address guest needs, ensuring a memorable dining experience.​

  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.​

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.​

  • Billing: Present checks to guests, process payments, and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.​

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.​

  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.​

  • Appearance: Professional grooming and attire; adherence to company uniform standards.​

  • Language: Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.​

  • Availability: Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.​
