Key Responsibilities

Guest Interaction: Greet and seat guests promptly, presenting menus and providing information about daily specials.

Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar, and ensure timely delivery.

Customer Service: Anticipate and address guest needs, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Billing: Present checks to guests, process payments, and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Appearance: Professional grooming and attire; adherence to company uniform standards.

Language: Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
