Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and a memorable dining experience for all guests.

  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and motivate a diverse team of chefs, servers, and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

  • Financial Stewardship: Manage budgeting processes, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

  • Customer Relations: Build and sustain strong relationships with guests, addressing feedback and continuously enhancing the overall guest experience.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with the company’s objectives, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within a high-end dining environment, demonstrating a strong track record of leadership and operational success.
