Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute marketing plans that establish brand positioning, identify target audiences, and achieve specific objectives across various channels.

  • Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns, ensuring they resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand consumer behavior, monitor industry trends, and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and communications maintain consistent brand messaging and adhere to brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.

  • Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent communication abilities, analytical mindset, and leadership skills.
