Food runner - Mimi fei fair restaurant DubaiPosition Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Food Runner to join our dynamic team at Mimi Mei Fair Dubai. As a Food Runner, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. You will be responsible for delivering food and beverages promptly to our guests while maintaining high standards of service. A key part of your role will be collaborating with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and efficient service during meal periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure that food orders are accurate and presented in an appealing manner
  • Assist servers and kitchen staff in managing the flow of food orders
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and ensure tables are cleared promptly
  • Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests
  • Assist with setting up and preparing the restaurant for service
  • Ensure all health and safety standards are followed in all aspects of the operation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized
  • Positive attitude and a team player
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • A passion for exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is a plus
