Tattu Restaurants is seeking a Beverage Manager to oversee cocktail innovation, bar operations, and beverage service excellence, ensuring a world-class guest experience.

Role Overview

As the Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for curating an exceptional beverage program, leading a team of bartenders, and ensuring high standards of service and presentation. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals with a strong background in mixology, bar management, and luxury F&B operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a signature beverage menu, including cocktails, wines, and premium spirits.
  • Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Lead and mentor bartenders and barbacks, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control for all beverage-related items.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to create seamless food and drink pairings.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Drive guest engagement, service innovation, and brand consistency.
  • Monitor trends in mixology and beverage presentation, keeping Tattu at the forefront of luxury dining.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in beverage management within luxury dining, fine dining, or high-end hospitality.
  • Strong mixology expertise, bar operations management, and team leadership skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic beverage initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of UAE hospitality regulations and industry trends.
  • Passion for creating unforgettable beverage experiences.
