Role Overview

As the Pool Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service, cleanliness, and safety at the pool area while creating a relaxing and upscale environment for guests. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals with a strong background in pool management, guest engagement, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pool operations, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and safety compliance.
• Manage guest experiences, ensuring a seamless and luxurious poolside atmosphere.
• Supervise pool attendants, lifeguards, and service staff, ensuring high standards of hospitality.
• Implement health and safety protocols, including water quality checks and emergency procedures.
• Coordinate with F&B teams to enhance poolside service offerings.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in pool management within luxury hospitality or high-end resorts.
• Strong knowledge of pool maintenance, water safety, and health regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create memorable guest experiences in a premium setting.
• Certification in lifeguarding, first aid, or pool operations is a plus.
