EYFS Teacher🌟 Position Summary

Brilliant International Private School (BIPS) is looking for an enthusiastic and nurturing EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) Teacher to join our Foundation Stage team for the upcoming 2025–2026 academic year. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering early childhood development through a structured, play-based learning environment in line with the British EYFS framework.

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons based on the UK Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.

  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and social development.

  • Monitor and document each child’s progress and development, maintaining up-to-date assessment records.

  • Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and leadership to support student learning and well-being.

  • Create attractive and interactive learning environments using appropriate educational resources and displays.

  • Participate actively in school events, training, and collaborative planning sessions.

✅ Qualifications & Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) or relevant Early Childhood qualification. A Master’s in Early Years is a plus.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of EYFS or early childhood teaching experience.

  • Curriculum Experience: Prior experience with the British EYFS framework is highly preferred.

  • Residency: Applicants must be currently residing in the UAE.

  • Skills: Excellent communication, creativity, patience, and strong classroom management abilities.
