About the Role

Join The Cullinan, a luxury steakhouse by FoodFund International, as a Restaurant Supervisor. Located in the prestigious Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, The Cullinan offers an unparalleled dining experience with breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf and Burj Al Arab. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

  • Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.

  • Manage reservations, guest inquiries, and special requests with professionalism.

  • Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service.

  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.

  • Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace.

  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and wine service is preferred.
