PolisherPosition Introduction:

Farnek Services LLC, a leader in technology-driven and sustainable facilities management across the UAE, is currently hiring skilled Polishers to join our soft services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for restoring and enhancing the appearance of surfaces including marble, granite, tile, and other flooring, delivering high standards of cleanliness and shine in various client environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform polishing and restoration of marble, granite, ceramic, and other hard surfaces.

  • Operate polishing machines and hand tools effectively and safely.

  • Identify surface imperfections and perform corrective actions like grinding and buffing.

  • Apply appropriate chemicals and solutions for surface treatment and sealing.

  • Clean and maintain polishing tools and machines regularly.

  • Follow scheduled cleaning and polishing routines in commercial and residential spaces.

  • Ensure finished work meets quality standards and client satisfaction.

  • Report any damages or maintenance issues to the supervisor.

  • Adhere to company and safety guidelines while using equipment and chemicals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in surface polishing, preferably in a facilities management or hospitality setting.

  • Familiar with various types of flooring materials and surface treatment methods.

  • Ability to handle polishing equipment such as floor buffers, grinders, and burnishers.

  • Good physical condition and stamina for extended periods of manual work.

  • Attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality finishes.

  • Basic understanding of safety practices when using chemicals and machinery.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
