Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain piping systems, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment.

  • Read blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials.

  • Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and compliance with local regulations.

  • Diagnose issues and perform emergency repairs promptly and professionally.

  • Respond to maintenance requests from facility managers and tenants.

  • Install and service water heaters, pumps, valves, tanks, and water fixtures.

  • Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

  • Ensure work is completed efficiently, meeting the quality and safety standards set by Farnek.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a plumber, preferably in facilities management or commercial properties.

  • Certification or diploma in Plumbing or a related technical field.

  • Sound knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and equipment.

  • Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.

  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

  • Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy tools and materials.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
