Position Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry (minimum 1 year).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).

  • Positive attitude and excellent team player.

  • Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Ability to carry multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • A passion for customer service and providing a high standard of guest experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Present menu options and provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences.

  • Take accurate food and drink orders and ensure timely delivery.

  • Upsell food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience.

  • Ensure that all orders are served accurately and promptly.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and effective manner.

  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

  • Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, specials, and promotions.

  • Ensure all health and safety standards are adhered to.
