As an Assistant Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of ZouZou Restaurant & Cafe. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to oversee daily activities, manage teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service standards. Your ability to train, motivate, and lead the team will directly impact our guest satisfaction and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations Management: Collaborate with the Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of the restaurant, ensuring smooth workflow across all departments including service, kitchen, and administration.
• Training & Development: Design and implement training programs that enhance team performance, focusing on improving service standards, operational procedures, and customer service excellence.
• Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality standards, ensuring all operations adhere to company policies and procedures. Regularly check and evaluate services, food quality, and guest experiences.
• Operational Improvement: Work closely with the management team to identify areas for operational improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Team Leadership: Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, coaching, and ongoing support to team members to develop their skills and capabilities.
• Staff Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in recruiting and onboarding new staff, ensuring all team members are aligned with our culture and operational standards.
• Inventory & Procurement Management: Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock levels are consistent and supplies are readily available to meet operational needs.
• Customer Feedback Management: Address customer complaints, feedback, and concerns, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly and in a way that maintains high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
