Reception Supervisor – Noren Restaurant Dubai (Pre-Opening) | JLT

Noren, a new contemporary dining concept opening in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), Dubai, is hiring a Reception Supervisor to lead its front-desk team through the restaurant’s launch. As the first face of Noren’s guest experience, this role is central to setting the tone for every visit — overseeing reservations, guest flow, and the reception team’s daily performance. You’ll train and mentor receptionists, coordinate closely with floor and management teams, and ensure every arrival reflects the brand’s standard of warmth and professionalism. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced front-of-house professional ready to step into a supervisory role and help establish reception systems and standards from scratch. Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the reception team’s daily activities and shift coverage.
• Oversee reservations, table management, and smooth guest flow during service.
• Train and mentor receptionists on brand standards, etiquette, and reservation systems.
• Liaise with management on VIP bookings, special events, and guest requests.
• Ensure the front desk consistently delivers a polished, professional first impression.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a reception or guest-relations supervisory role, ideally in hospitality.
• Strong organizational skills and confidence with reservation and booking systems.
• Professional communication style and natural leadership presence.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Availability to join immediately or on short notice.
