The Wallpaper Technician plays a key role in maintaining the aesthetic quality of VOGO Grand Hotel & KSK Homes Dubai. This position is ideal for a skilled professional with an eye for detail, strong craftsmanship, and the ability to deliver high‑quality finishing across guest rooms and public areas.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and remove wallpaper with precision and care
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, smoothing, and priming walls
  • Measure, cut, and align wallpaper accurately to ensure seamless application
  • Handle adhesives, tools, and materials safely and efficiently
  • Inspect completed work to ensure high‑quality finishing
  • Coordinate with the Engineering and Housekeeping teams for room readiness
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
  • Follow safety guidelines and hotel maintenance procedures

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Wallpaper Technician or similar finishing role
  • Strong knowledge of wallpaper types, adhesives, and installation techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, climb, and stand for extended periods
  • Good communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
