Introduction

Hey Tiger is opening soon in Dubai, and we are looking for enthusiastic, guest‑focused Waiters to join our pre‑opening team. As a Waiter, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless dining experience in our vibrant, modern Asian‑inspired venue.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Guest Service — Greet guests, take orders accurately, and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Menu Knowledge — Maintain strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings; recommend specials and pairings.
• Upselling — Promote signature dishes and premium selections to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Table Care — Set, clear, and reset tables; ensure dining areas remain clean and organized.
• Coordination — Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
• Payments — Process bills, handle POS transactions, and manage cash or card payments.
• Guest Satisfaction — Address guest concerns politely and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.

Requirements

• Experience — Minimum 1–2 years in a waiter or guest‑facing hospitality role preferred.
• Skills — Strong communication, multitasking ability, and customer service orientation.
• Attributes — Friendly, reliable, well‑presented, and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Availability — Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Language — Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Legal — Must be based in Dubai with the right to work in the UAE.
