Counter Sales Associate

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer‑focused Counter Sales Associate to join our premium chocolate and gelato retail team in Mushaireb, Qatar. As part of Venchi’s expanding presence in the region, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining product presentation, and supporting daily store operations. This position requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced retail environment. You will assist customers with product selection, handle POS transactions, and ensure the counter area remains clean, organized, and visually appealing. Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection.
• Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain counter cleanliness, product display, and stock levels.
• Provide product recommendations and samples to enhance customer experience.
• Support daily store operations and team objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail or F&B customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
