Assistant Store Manager – Signature Koffea Café (Italian Concept)

Signature Koffea Café is expanding its authentic Italian café concept across Abu Dhabi, bringing handcrafted coffee, artisanal pizzas, and warm hospitality to the UAE. We are looking for an experienced and energetic Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, lead the team, and uphold the brand’s commitment to exceptional guest experiences. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily café operations and ensure consistent service standards.
  • Support staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Monitor inventory, stock levels, and supplier coordination.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a café or restaurant supervisory/management role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building skills.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, inventory control, and basic reporting.
  • Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
