Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations and ensure consistent service standards.
• Support staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and supplier coordination.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a café or restaurant supervisory/management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems, inventory control, and basic reporting.
• Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
