Commi Chef – Signature Koffea Café (Italian Concept)

Signature Koffea Café is expanding its authentic Italian café concept across Abu Dhabi, bringing handcrafted coffee, artisanal pizzas, gourmet pastries, and warm hospitality to the UAE. We are looking for motivated and hardworking Commi Chefs to join our growing culinary team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about cooking, eager to learn, and excited to grow within a professional kitchen environment. As a Commi Chef, you will support senior chefs in food preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene, and ensure consistency in every dish served. You will be part of a brand that values craftsmanship, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist chefs in preparing ingredients, cooking, and plating dishes.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen.
  • Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients.
  • Support the culinary team during busy service periods.

Requirements

  • Basic culinary training or previous kitchen experience preferred.
  • Passion for cooking and willingness to learn Italian cuisine.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
