We are looking for motivated and hardworking Commi Chefs to join our growing culinary team. As a Commi Chef, you will support senior chefs in food preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene, and ensure consistency in every dish served. Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist chefs in preparing ingredients, cooking, and plating dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen.
• Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and quality standards.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients.
• Support the culinary team during busy service periods.

Requirements

• Basic culinary training or previous kitchen experience preferred.
• Passion for cooking and willingness to learn Italian cuisine.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
