💼 Duties & Responsibilities

Reservations Agent – Arabic Speaker

• Handle guest inquiries and reservations efficiently via phone and email.
• Maintain accurate booking records and coordinate with front office and sales.
• Upsell hotel services and packages to maximize revenue.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through personalized communication.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

AV Technician

• Set up, operate, and maintain audiovisual equipment for events and meetings.
• Troubleshoot technical issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with event planners and clients for technical requirements.
• Maintain inventory and perform preventive maintenance on AV systems.
• Support hotel functions with lighting, sound, and multimedia setups.

Kitchen Stewarding

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and dishwashing areas.
• Operate dishwashing machines and handle kitchen waste disposal.
• Assist chefs with basic cleaning and equipment organization.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Support kitchen operations during peak service hours.

🎓 Requirements

Reservations Agent – Arabic Speaker

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of hotel reservation systems (Opera or similar).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

AV Technician

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or event management.
• Technical expertise in sound, lighting, and video systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work on events.
• Diploma or certification in electronics or audiovisual technology preferred.

Kitchen Stewarding

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel kitchen or F&B outlet.
• Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation procedures.
• Physically fit and able to handle kitchen equipment.
• Team player with attention to detail.
